Text Box: This is a very basic course designed to teach the pet owners how to handle the needs of pets during a crisis if their pet suffers an injury or illness until they can get to a qualified veterinarian. Topics include: basic first aid priorities of emergency care emergency situations restraining & muzzling pet assessment ABC's rescue breathing CPR bleeding protocols choking protocols                       shock management fractures and limb injuries
